At DrSafeHands, we make it easy for you to access your medical test reports anytime, anywhere. Once your sample has been processed at our NABL-accredited laboratory, your reports are uploaded to our secure system. You can download them instantly by entering your Order ID and the mobile number or email address you used during booking. All reports are delivered in PDF format and can be saved, printed, or shared with your doctor.

If your sample was recently collected, it may take 24-72 hours for the report to be ready, depending on the type of test you have chosen. If you see a message saying your report is pending, please check back after a few hours. For urgent queries, you can call our helpline at 9013 161616 or WhatsApp us, and our team will update you on the status of your report.

We take your privacy very seriously. Your reports are stored on our secure servers and are accessible only through your unique Order ID and verified contact details. They are never shared with anyone else. If you would like your reports to be sent to a specific email address, use the "Send to Email" option, and we will deliver them directly to your inbox.

Understanding your test results is just as important as getting tested. That is why every report from DrSafeHands comes with a free doctor consultation. After you download your report, our care team will reach out to schedule a brief call with one of our doctors, who will explain your results, answer your questions, and recommend next steps if needed. There is no additional charge for this consultation.

If you are unable to download your report or have lost your Order ID, please contact our support team. We are available 7 days a week between 9 AM and 7 PM. Our team can verify your identity using your registered mobile number or email and help you retrieve your report quickly.
